Here is information about the ARCO gas station and mini-mart project that was submitted for various proceedings conducted by the Santa Barbara County Planning and Development Department regarding the ARCO gas station and mini-mart project at 80 N. Patterson Avenue.
The first two of these documents, "Information for the negative declaration" and "Additional testimony for the negative declaration" were provided in response to a document concerning the ARCO project which is available at the library on Fairview.
The third document is PANA’s appeal to the decision of the deputy director of the planning and development department to approve the project. The last document, "Planner’s hearing with ARCO on March 7th," was prepared for a meeting that PANA had with ARCO in preparation for the hearing before the planning commission on April 24th. These latter two documents are probably the most useful since they are freestanding and do not reference the document (the negative declaration) produced by the county.
